Self Important People

Individuals who comport themselves as being so self-centered and self-important, that they seem to have absolutely no compassion or consideration for others. [especially someone in business, who has forgotten who is ultimately responsible [the customers] for whatever 'Position Of Importance' the business person has achieved.  If it weren't for the customers, there would be no need for a business person, or for the business.
