They are always talking about the 'evils' of theft of their product, yet why/how did the followiing happen? I wonder if, along with the MONEY she is OWED, will she also get those OSCARS won?

Not saying she didn't write SOMETHING, but she failed to prove similarity between her work and The Matrix and has not won ANYTHING to date.
