Idiots! ggrrrrr!

So this guy calls my office, I answer the phone and he says "Could you hold ma'am while I go turn my TV down?" WHY THE HELL DIDN'T HE TURN THE DAMN TV DOWN BEFORE PICKING UP THE PHONE AND DIALING!!?? Another guy calls, I pick up, he says "Habla espanol?" I say "No" so he starts to ramble in Spanish! I JUST SAID NO! Isn't NO the same in English and Spanish? GEEZ!!!!!
