Breathing Down My Neck

Do people at the grocery store (or any other for that means) really think that if they stand an inch from you and breath down your neck they will get out of the store quicker? BACK OFF!!!! and for crying out loud, suck on a mint.

That happens to me all the time. The other customers can be very ignorant! A woman or man will get behind me, and act like they are going to push me out of the way, or they appear to try to rush me. I had to tell a few of them to not rush me.

It happens all the time. It has happened at walk up ATMs and I turned and asked matter of factly "Would you like to be hurt?" They've never failed to get the message.

This happened to me this weekend and I really wish I had said something to the guy. To make matters worse, he worked at the store I was shopping at! He was right on top of me at the Self Checkout while I was entering my debit card pin number to pay for my groceries. Next time I will speak up!

I have had similar experiences myself. Some time ago, a guy placed his goods on the counter right in front of me while I was still completing my transaction with the cashier. I told him straight off to take them off. When he refused, I took them off myself, much to his shock and surprise. What annoyed me even more is that the cashier didn't intervene beforehand and tell the guy to wait his turn.
