rude on phone calls!

I got a new pet peeve today to add to the multitude.

People who answer their phone and sound very rushed and then say they'll call you right back and then don't.

If I'm calling your cell, I know you have caller ID, you know who it is. If you can't talk to me right then, DON'T ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE! At least give me the meager courtesy of letting me connect to your voice mail and leave a message. Then you have the option of calling back...or not.
