Stray Shopping Carts
I hate it whenever I see someone parking a shopping cart on the bumper of a car or any part of a car for that matter. It just amazes me how lazy some people can really be-- I've seen the Cart Return be just a few feet from the the vehicle that they've ditched their cart upon!! I just want to scream!! Anther thing, the time that they spend trying to get the cart to stay put on someone's car--they could've walked their sorry a$$ on down to the cart return and back!!

I hate that too, and it bothers the crap out of me that the main grocery chain here in Florida has NO cart returns at any of their stores. I don't mind walking it back, but when you have small children it would be a lot more convienent if they had one nearby.
