Nice story. It sounds ...
Nice story. It sounds like that woman should never drive again. The teen was very nice describing her!
HELLOOOO, did you hear the ...
HELLOOOO, did you hear the part where she turned ON the tracks!!!
you gotta be some kinda OLD and dementia if you do that! they didn't say HOW OLD she was but she probably shouldn't be driving at ALL, and now she won't, hopefully her family won't LET her get another car!!
Yep, she should have never ...
Yep, she should have never been driving in the first place. The teen said she didn't seem to understand that she had turned onto the tracks! They are lucky to get her out since she was kind of unaware of what was going on around her!
thats the kind of old ...
thats the kind of old people driving that scares me. I hate recommending license review hearings for old people. I hate to think I took away one of the last pieces of independence they have but the alternative is people getting hurt and killed due to their failing eye sight, hearing and mental capacity. It's sad but we gotta do what's gotta be done for the safety of the masses.
they don't know their own ...
they don't know their own limits or if they do, they won't admit to it!
Slappy, I have been ...
Slappy, I have been thinking about if senior citizens should be retested for driving licenses. Remember several years ago when an elderly man plowed through a farmer's market in Santa Monica, CA killing around a dozen people. It seems like this happens more frequently. What age should the retesting start?
