Rob Zombie's Halloween

I won't give any spoilers here but let's just say that he re-wrote history SIGNIFICANTLY!  Like I said from the beginning, you can't improve on perfection.  I don't know why he thought he could.

The highlight of my evening was when I told the girl next to me that if she didn't STFU I would beat her ass and make her refund my money out of her purse. :)  She quickly and quietly complied.  Don't mess with me and my movies.

he isn't a rock singer, he is more considdered "death-metal" He doesn have some good jams, but he is just freaky like that.
I have never seen any of his movies, but then again, I am a pussy who still doesn't watch scary movies.......I get nightmares at 25!

I love U 2 Dawn! :D

My husband listens to Rob's music but I can't stand metal. Besides that, I think I was just disappointed that the producers of Halloween even asked Rob Zombie to rewrite the original. That was just a dumb move on their part. True Halloween fans and horror fans, like myself, are very anal when it comes to these things.

Can you go to the movies ...

Can you go to the movies with me. Your mouth and my badge and gun, we could charge people for a quiet movies experience. We could make serious cash providing that service to movie goers. :)

Ok, so I'm probably in the minority for saying this and I'll probably catch hell from you guys but......I liked the remake.

I love horror movies......I find slasher movies (Halloween, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street) more amusing than anything. I think Rob Zombie made Halloween scary and I liked that. I also liked that although it was scary, it had some funny moments (like his other movies) and I liked the fact that he made the "unkillable" Michael Myers die. Just my opinion.

I have to agree with you about people who can't seem to shut up during a movie...there was a group of people sitting behind me and my husband who were analyzing the movie and talking to the screen (very loudly). I got fed up and turned around and yelled at them to shut the fuck up....there were no more problems with them after that.

misslissa,

You have to get 'ghetto' with people sometimes. People don't respond to politeness in the 21st century
