OK, Gang!!!!!!!! Did anyone see the results of her BAT? She may be guilty, but I'd like some background and the BAT results on this one.
I'm still wondering about the drunk airline stewardess arrested yesterday. She looked like she was completely out of, but she tested at .03. She couldn't have been charged if she was driving a car.
Back to the deputies--- Slappy--- wouldn't you recognize your wife's car with her driving it?

Wrong chubby ( about the stewardess not being arrested if driving a car) . You don't HAVE to be at .08 or .10 whatever your states BAC level is. The BAC being at or above a certain level is the states presumption of intoxication. Meaning, if you blow a .08 or higher, as far as the state is concerned you ARE intoxicated. The threshold for whether a person is arrested is if they have lost the normal use of their mental or physical faculties by reason of the introduction of alcohol, a drug, a dangerous drug, a controlled substance, or a combination of those substances into the body OR by having a BAC of .08 or higher. I've arrested many people that were under .08 who couldn't even stand. So the BAC is a presumption, not a safehouse number. I have NEVER lost a DWI case. NEVER. And yes, I would recognize my wifes car. Especially if she were an alcoholic and was known for driving when drunk. After this woman gets out of prison, she needs to be in treatment for a long time,

Mea culpa, Slappy! What I should have said about the stewardess was I figured she had more than a couple of drinks on board (as in her behavior said drugs to me).
99% of the time I take the side of law enforcement and the lady cop may need rehab, but with the info given I can't make a determination if it was a bonafide stop or something domestic going on.
