Help, how do I fight this??
Okay, I need help here.
I put in humoungosly long days.
My day starts at about 4AM & goes till almost 8PM for commutes to & from work.
A while back we installed a Cutomer program & since then, I swear my coffee consumption has gone up to cope with this POS.
Anyway, I find I start to crash around 1:30PM and dying for coffee by my last break at 3:30PM.
Any ideas as to how to keep the day going at an even keel?? I also suspect that the bad air in the bldg doesn't help as by the time I get home I'm usually fine. My diet is good, I work out, so obviously there's a 2PM wall I need to get through!!

Damn.
Well, they say GMTA but, hell, I hate agreeing with anyone who doesn't agree with Everything I believe in so this is fucked UP! LOL!

Try that 5 hour energy shot. I hear they work awesome and there's no crash. I don't speak from experience, only what I've been told.
"I hate agreeing with anyone who doesn’t agree with Everything I believe in" - hence you are an asshole.

Ahh, yes. I know the feeling. I get that, too.
Taking a quick walk can help or just doing something random for a few minutes. Like a puzzle or something. I think I have read that caffeine stops working after so much. So it's pointless to keep drinking coffee. I would stop coffee for a few weeks and then start up again and see if that helps, too. But I recommend taking a walk outside for some fresh air if only for a few minutes.

ok I bought a 5 hour energy shot - and even the girl selling it to me said that they sell TONS of them and everyone raves about them.
We shall see!! I try doing something "out of the ordinary" when I want to sleep at work, but I do nothing in the first place, so as soon as I sit back down to watch a movie or play games I'm tired again!

Take a power nap on your lunch. I take a quick nap in my car at lunch time depending on the weather. It has been beautiful here and I go out to my car and roll down the windows and scoot my seat back and nap.
