Now, if TGIX has hit the nail on the head then yes. It HAS been that bad. lol. I had one of those times last week after a lot of drinking while bowling. Nothing makes you feel alive quite like the beer shiits for 3 days. lol.

I have but usu. when I get that upset, I cry because I'm so emotional about it, not because I'm sad, t's just a weird reaction to being so mad or upset from something, but it takes a LOT to do that!

It's not just one thing, it's just one thing on top of another, on top of another, on top of another, and so on. Things have just been piling up and I've had it.

I can't even begin to put into words the crap going on in my life.

When things get that far, when you feel you've hit bottom, there's only one way to be looking and that's Up.

We all go through shit as I'm sure you have before and you know how it always is later, you see things in a clearer perspective and say "I guess it wasn't all quite as bad as it felt at the time". Then, you're in the clear until the next time the whole world collapse around you. Life, just full of surprises that way.

The only thing that's a certain constant is change. Like the weather; When it's good you have to enjoy it while you can 'cause it'll change. And when it's not nice out don't worry, it'll get better again before you know it. It keeps us on our toes.

Primal scream therapy is actually quite useful too.

Personally, I like to go do something physical like smash some tennis balls at my friends (they do the same, we set aside some time for a "let out our aggression session" each time we play. It's wild and great! Or I might go to the firing range and destroy some targets one bulls eye at a time (some have as many as 5) and then cut them in half by shooting a line down the center or across the middle, one each way PRN.

I also noticed how other people have their own personal favorite ways to let out the stress. Some apparently like to go out and play bumper cars. I don't recommend that or anything that has anything to do with sharp objects. Stay away from firearms too unless you are well familiar, not overly emotional, and stay straight. Bowling is a safe alternative. I Love to bowl when wound up. Last game was a 233! Never bowled like that before in my life. It's fun even I don't even reach my average score though. Midnight madness is the best. The kids can be annoying sometimes but it's all fun. Hell, they think we old folks are annoying so now we just stick our tongues out at them like when we get a strike, do a little end zone kinda dance, LOL! No penalties for "celebrating" so long as you stay on your own lane and lounge area. The only real penalties there are is for spilling the pitcher or pouring foam for those are unforgivable sins. You can go make ash angels too. That sounded fun.
