Supreme Court to Ok Student Strip Searches

All I can say is that if I had a child and I found out that he or she was strip searched in the school without a warrant I'd go balistic! I would be especially PO'ed if a strip search was conducted, this made even wrose if its not even an officer of the law conducting the searches. It is NEVER acceptable to strip search or cavity search a minor child, a pat down will accomplish the same thing. I think its sick that we're going to terrorize a bunch of innocent kids because a FEW kids might bring drugs to school or some brat would make a false report simply to humilate a classmate.

I think this is a classic example of the cure being worse than the disease. We're going to protect our kids from drugs by violating thier bodies and privacy? Sounds like a plan to me, a bad one.

I'm not saying that drugs aren't a problem, just that we need something better than violating our children. Having someone shoving fingers or god knows what else up someone's rectum or vaginia isn't pleasant and can be traumatizing to a child.

I don't have kids but if I did I don't mind telling you thay would be home schooled if the Supreme Court allows this crap to happen.
